Wait for the portal’s stated tracking period, then submit a missing cashback claim with your order number, purchase date, order value, and confirmation email. Avoid submitting duplicate claims.
Start from the cashback portal, enable cookies, disable competing cashback extensions, avoid ad blockers that interfere with tracking, use one browser session, and complete the purchase without visiting another affiliate site.

Gift card eligibility varies. Gift card purchases, orders paid partly or fully with gift cards, or gift card redemptions may be excluded from Birch cashback, so check the applicable terms first.
Cashback is commonly calculated on the qualifying merchandise subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, handling, discounts, gift cards, and other fees. The exact calculation is defined by the portal’s Birch offer terms.
