## FAQ

**What is nello cashback?**
Nello cashback is a rewards opportunity that may allow shoppers to earn a percentage of an eligible purchase back when they access a participating nello offer through a cashback portal. Availability, rates, and terms can vary by merchant and promotion.

**How can I earn nello cashback through a cashback portal?**
Create or sign in to your cashback portal account, search for nello, review the available offer, click the tracked shopping link, and complete an eligible purchase in the same session. The portal then records and credits the nello cashback after the merchant confirms the transaction.

**Where can I find the best nello cashback offers?**
Check reputable cashback websites such as SimplyBestCoupons.com and compare the current nello cashback rate, coupon codes, exclusions, and promotional bonuses before shopping. Rates can change, so review the offer page immediately before clicking through.

**Do I need an account to earn nello cashback?**
Most cashback portals require a registered account to track purchases and issue rewards. Sign-in requirements and eligibility rules differ by portal, so check the specific terms before using a nello cashback offer.

**How much nello cashback can I earn?**
The amount of nello cashback depends on the purchase value, the advertised cashback rate, product exclusions, and any applicable maximum reward. For example, a 5% rate on a $100 eligible purchase would generally produce $5 in cashback before adjustments.

**How long does nello cashback take to appear?**
Nello cashback may first appear as pending after the merchant reports the transaction. Tracking can take from a few hours to several days, while confirmation may take longer if the merchant allows returns or cancellations.

**Why is my nello cashback still pending?**
Cashback may remain pending while the merchant verifies the order, return period, payment status, and compliance with the offer terms. It can also be delayed by shipping, cancellations, partial refunds, or merchant reporting schedules.

**Why did my nello cashback not track?**
Common causes include using an ad blocker, disabling cookies, starting from another shopping link, using an unapproved coupon, switching devices, or completing the purchase outside the tracked session. Contact the cashback portal with your order details if the transaction is missing.

**Can I claim missing nello cashback?**
Many cashback portals provide a missing-cashback claim process. Submit the order number, purchase date, order total, merchant name, and supporting documentation within the portal's stated deadline. Approval depends on merchant verification and the offer terms.

**Can I use coupon codes and still earn nello cashback?**
You may be able to use a coupon code and earn nello cashback, but only if the code is listed as eligible by the cashback portal or merchant. Unapproved codes, outside promotions, and certain discounts may reduce or cancel the cashback.

**Does nello cashback apply to every product?**
Not necessarily. Nello cashback offers may exclude categories, brands, gift cards, taxes, shipping, subscriptions, sale items, or other products. Read the exclusions and qualifying-purchase requirements before completing your order.

**Can I earn nello cashback on mobile purchases?**
Mobile eligibility depends on the cashback portal and the nello offer. Use the portal's official mobile app or a supported mobile browser, allow tracking permissions when required, and complete the purchase without switching to an untracked channel.

**Can I earn nello cashback on an existing order?**
Usually, a purchase must begin through the active nello cashback link for tracking to work. Purchases made before clicking through, or orders submitted after the tracking session expires, generally do not qualify unless the portal provides a specific exception.

**Do returns affect nello cashback?**
Yes. If an eligible order is returned, canceled, refunded, or partially refunded, the related nello cashback may be reduced, reversed, or declined. Cashback is normally based on the final qualifying amount after adjustments.

**How do cashback portals pay nello cashback rewards?**
Once nello cashback is confirmed and reaches the portal's minimum payout threshold, rewards may be paid through options such as PayPal, bank transfer, gift cards, or other available methods. Payment options and thresholds vary by portal.

**Is nello cashback free to use?**
Cashback portals are commonly free to join, but each service has its own terms, fees, and eligibility rules. Review the portal's payout policy and privacy information before signing up or making a purchase through a nello cashback link.

**Can I combine nello cashback with other rewards?**
You may be able to combine nello cashback with store promotions, credit-card rewards, loyalty points, or eligible coupon codes. However, some offers prohibit stacking, so verify the cashback terms and the merchant's conditions first.

**Are there limits on nello cashback earnings?**
Some nello cashback promotions may include per-order, per-customer, category, account, or promotional-period limits. The maximum eligible amount and any restrictions should be shown on the cashback portal's offer page.

**Is nello cashback available in every country?**
Nello cashback availability depends on the merchant, cashback portal, payment method, and shopper's location. Check the offer's geographic restrictions, currency rules, and local eligibility requirements before purchasing.
